JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Korean National proficient in English with permanent visa
️ Filipino with advanced proficiency in Korean language
️ Must be Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree or any 4 year course
️ With at least 1 year of working experience in HR/ ADMIN / SUPPORT role
️ With working experience in BPO/Shared Services is preferred
️ Knowledge and experience in HR roles and functions is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Serve as an HR point of contact for employees' data requests.
️ Ensure accuracy and processes data updates in HR global system
️ Maintain, manage and regularly audit all personnel information in global system
️ Manage queries and provide solutions
