Job Title: Supervisor - Retail
16424147 Canada Inc. O/A Falher Foods is currently hiring a Supervisor -Retail to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Authorize payments and return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Train or arrange for the training of staff
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
• Implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
Requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English
Salary: $20/hour for 40 hours per week
