Position: Partner Development Staff
Company Industry: IT Industry
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Mid Shift (Monday- to Friday)
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid (3 days’ work on site & 2 days’ work from home)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree, but open for 2nd year undergraduate students
At least 1 year of experience handling SaaS/IT/M365 software products
Experience working with the internal direct sales and services team
Amenable to work on site for 3 days
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify potential customers and manage partnership
Develop essential strategies to properly handle both small and medium enterprises
Create comprehensive plans to onboard new partners
Negotiate the terms of partnership agreement and ensure they are mutually beneficial
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
