Position: Sales and Purchasing Assistant

Work Location: Carmona, Cavite
Work Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with production control planning
With purchasing experience
Amenable to work on site
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing and receiving sales orders from the customer
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely refilling of stocks
Maintain accurate inventory records
Proper coordination with logistics provider to ensure smooth shipment and delivery of
goods
Provide regular reports on sales performance for management review.
