JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Korean National proficient in English
Filipino National can speak, read and write Korean language
At Least 2 years in College or Highschool graduate with relevant work experience
Good understanding and email/chat etiquette
With customer service experience is a great advantage
Willing to work in Mandaluyong and can start asap
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer’s inquiries and technical concerns through emails and chats
Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription inquiries)
Assist customers in cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details
Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
