JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years Team Leader Experience in BPO Company
At least 1 year US Financial Services - voice account experience
Experience in Business to Consumer
Amendable to work on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hire and Teach employees to meet performance goals
Encourage collaboration and team development
Lead a team of 20 members
Monitor progress and providing feedback to team members
Ensure achievements of customer satisfaction and performance targets
