Position: Dealing Operations Agent (Open for Entry level)
Company Industry: IT Outsourcing Industry
Work Location: Makati City Ayala Ave.
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule | Weekends Off
Salary: Php 25,000 – 30,000 (Open Negotiable)
Work Set-Up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably residing in or near Makati City
Open to shifting schedules.
Bachelor’s degree holder (any course).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Open for undergraduate with background in BPO.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and manage customer calls and inquiries professionally
Provide real-time responses via email or other channels
Accurately document all customer interactions
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction
