Job Description :
As a manager, you will be responsible for career management of the company's analysts to senior consultants, ensuring the quality of the entire project and team, building relationships with major clients (general managers and department heads), creating new cases, and promoting projects. ■ Specifically: DX promotion strategy, systemization plan formulation, research and analysis, RFP creation support, management rule formulation (progress/quality/budget/documents), creation of reporting materials for executives, business analysis (business visualization, issue organization, policy formulation, etc.), IT strategy concept formulation, system planning/concept, project management support, support related to system implementation (1) Major medical equipment manufacturer: Support for formulating DX strategy and human resource development plan (2) Major non-life insurance company: System renewal, cloud computing testing, migration support (3) Major precision machinery manufacturer: Support for inside sales development and CRM implementation, PMO support (4) Major telecommunications companies, major beverage companies: RPA support Others
