JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years of experience in Training and Learning role
Experience in working with BPO or Contact center
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Products. Familiarity in using eLearning tools is an advantage
Amenable to work in Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively foster collaboration and build high-performing teams
Create programs specifically designed for identifying potential leaders, and continuously evaluating program’s effectiveness.
Creating supporting materials like workbooks, case studies, and online resources
Provide strong partnership to HR, Contact Center, and Support groups to ensure alignment with organization’s strategic goals.
Employing a range of learning methods, such as coaching and mentoring, to cater to different learning style and needs
