SMG Enterprises Ltd at Unit #101, 19045 54 Avenue, Surrey BC is looking to hire an Welders for a full-time and permanent position. Job duties To read and interpret designs and blueprints. Fuse iron, aluminum other metals bars and pieces using various welding processes, Cut the metal into desired pieces using cutting machines, Operate and adjust welding machines, Operate bending and shear machines to bend and straighten metal pieces as required. Repair worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers. Ensure welds meet the standards or specifications. Determine the weldability of materials Experience – Minimum experience of 2 years or more as welder is required. Education- completion of high school is required. Wage Rate: $ 37.00 per hour Hours of work: 30-40 hours per week Language: English Work location: Unit #101, 19045 54 Avenue, Surrey BC, V3S 4R1 Work will be at various locations of the lower mainland.
