Job Requirements:
Open for Korean National with permanent visa
Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Korean National Language
Must be Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related courses
With 10 years of related experience of FP&A or any other relevant field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Familiar with ERP systems, ideally within an SAP environment
Job Responsibilities:
Arrange and monitor the budget and forecast of the company's organizational units to ensure the alignment of business objectives.
Assist the Business Partner and Commercial team by providing clear insights into underlying drivers.
Create financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making and planning.
Execute any other tasks as instructed by the direct FP&A supervisor or manager
Engage in all project aimed and improve financial process and business insight
Participate with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of accruals, reconciliations, and financial commentary.
