JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably Native German speakers open to relocate in Davao City
Has a customer Service background is a big advantage
With or without Work experience are open to apply
Open to work in Davao Del Sur
Can Start as soon as possible
Amenable to work onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering customers' inquiries via Chat, Email, and Social Media. providing the right information
Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary
Informing customers about products and services
Escalate issues when necessary
Other duties as assigned
