Bachelor Degree
10 years’ experience in Training collection
Amendable to work in Australian shift
Amendable to work on site daily

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate and train new collection team member
Create training modules on collection techniques
Develop and deliver onboarding programs
Prepare reports to management
Manage training sessions and workshops for existing staff
