JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in both Italian and English
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
Open for Undergrad, Vocational or High School Graduate
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net, and other Programming Languages but not required
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Quezon City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering and responding to inquiries, calls, emails, and chat messages from customers and clients
Diagnosing technological issues
Making recommendations on how to improve an organization's computer systems
Setting up accounts and providing access to computer systems
Testing various components of a system to ensure they're functional
