Position: Bahasa Indo Customer Success Specialist

Salary: Php145,000 + 40,000 Housing Allowance
Schedule: (5 days a week and 2 days off)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Indonesian national can speak English
With experience in handling client and doing B2B account management is an advantage but not required
Ability to coordinate with Top clients and solve their concerns
Undergraduate or graduate of any course
Ability to manage, coordinate with other departments and provide resolution
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with Indonesian client’s needs and request
Understand the Indonesian client’s preferences on the mobile app
Directly contact the top Indonesian clients to answer their inquiries
Connect with Indonesian clients and guide them on how to use the platform
Help the Indonesian clients with their decision and suggest proposals.
