JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino proficient in Thai language (Speaking, Reading and Writing)
️ College graduate of any courses
️ Knowledgeable in MS EXCEL, knows basic formulas -pivot, VLOOKUP, concatenate, etc.
️ Experience in Flexible Benefits Administration is a plus but not required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Support Asia Pacific Clients, Thai Employees and Company Vendors with their claims and reimbursements inquiries
️ Answer inquiries about insurance claims and verify submitted documents
️ Manage Benefits System and ensure uploaded information reports are accurate
️ Track and Monitor Claims Process and manage to follow timeline
️ Processing of claims and address follow ups of clients and employees
