JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Vietnamese national can speak in English
willing to relocate or in the Philippines
No Experience required
Open to Undergraduates
With experience is a plus but not required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responding to customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
Responding to customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customer
Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback for service improvement.
