Position: Japanese Senior Front-End Engineer
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Pasig City
Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 150,000 gross
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | 10:00 AM -7:00 PM
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, Philippine public holidays.
Work Set-up: Hybrid (WFH: Mon & Fri | Office work: Tue, Wed, Thur)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino nationals Fluent in Japanese and English
Open to Passer or Non – Passer in N1 Level
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course
Has an Experience for 3 years above in Software Development
Has an experience or background in leadership or people management.
Knowledgeable in using UI/UX
Can Start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prioritize, delegate, and accomplish multiple projects, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve common problems.
Lead and manage a team of front-end engineers
Attending remote meetings with the client to discuss the progress of the product.
Source code review and technical problem solving
Manage project progress, prepare estimates, and control quality.
Finding bugs, understanding the reasons for them, and instructing the team on how to fix them.
Collaborate with the project team to clarify questions or issues within the design or product workflow.
