Position: Japanese Source to Pay (S2P) Specialist
Company Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Work Schedule: Dayshift (8:00AM - 6:00PM)
Salary: Php 80,000 - 140,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid (2 times in a week)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️Filipinos who can speak Japanese
️Has JLPT N1 or JLPT N2 proficiency skills (passer or non-passers)
️Excellent as well in English Language.
️Can communicate confidently using Japanese and English Language.
️Experienced in all relevant Procurement systems
️Must be computer literate.
️Has knowledge in Source to Pay or Procurement function and processing.
️Willing to work in Alabang
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️Primarily handles Source to Pay functions and manages procurement related processes for Japan ️clients and suppliers.
️Ensure the accuracy of purchasing processes for Japanese.
️Handles sourcing of potential Japan suppliers, conducts negotiation and payment process.
️Handle confidential information and keep accurate records of Japanese written finance related ️documentation.
️Responsible for providing end of day reports.
