JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak Spanish and English, written and oral communication skills
Filipino or Foreign national who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
Ability to work in an international and culturally diverse organization
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
At least 1 year of BPO experience preferably handling Healthcare account
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in assisting customer’s inquiries using Spanish and English Language through email, call, message, and live chat support
Listen and resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Participate in team meetings and achieve targets needed
Accomplish other related tasks needed
