JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be an American, Australian, British, Canadian or Irish National
With customer service manager experience in BPO set-up
Open to Graduate or undergraduates
Technical Support background is a big advantage.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate team performance and develop feedback reports for management
Informing higher management of department performance
Researching the market to keep abreast of trends
Directing the customer service team's daily activities
Creating departmental policies and guidelines
Establishing goals and objectives for customer service
Recruiting and educating new employees
