Description:

Mundi SDR development dba Hyatt Place Prince George at 585 Dominion St, in Prince George, BC is hiring a hotel front Desk Clerks for a full-time and permanent position.
Duties:
• Register arriving guests and assign rooms
• Resolve complaints and claims
• Process group arrivals and departures
• Take, cancel and change room reservations
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services
• Provide general information about points of interest in the area
• Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Provide customer service

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: No education is required.
Experience: No minimum experience required, on job training will be provided.
Job details
Salary: $20.00/hr for 30 to 40 hours per week
Overtime: After 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
