1376258 BC Ltd dba Rivers Reach Pub located at 320 Sixth Street in New Westminster, BC. We are seeking to hire a Restaurant Manager for a full-time and permanent position.
Duties would be
To plan, organize and direct control and evaluate the operations of restaurant, or other food or beverage service,
Determine type of service to be offered and implement operational procedures,
Recruit staff and oversee staff training,
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance,
Control inventory and monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices,
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed,
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies,
Negotiate arrangements with clients,
Coordinate with management for various promotional offers and corporation procedures.
Requirement
Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Education in hospitality is asset.
Language required is English.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year or more experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required.
What we offer
Salary: $37.00/hr.
Hours of work: Minimum work of 30 to 40 hrs per week will be given, along with 2 days off per week.
Location: 320 Sixth Street in New Westminster, BC V3L 3A8.
