Position: Japanese Quality Assurance Manager
Industry: English as Second Language (ESL) Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 80,000 to Php100,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift (9AM-6PM) | Monday to Friday
Work set-up: Hybrid Work Arrangement

Job Requirements:
️Who can speak, read, and write Japanese.
️Open to JLPT N1 or JLPT N2 Passers or not passers
️No certification requirement
️Open for Japanese nationals with Philippine Recognition.
️Fluency in Japanese language
️English Communication abilities
️College graduate of any course
️Working/worked in a Educational Institution company is an advantage
️With managerial experience and QA experience is a great advantage
️With leadership experience
️Experience working in an online learning setting or in the ESL business industry
Job Responsibilities:
️Oversee the improvement of the overall lesson in Japanese quality delivered by home-based tutors.
️Develop and implement preventive measures to identify and address potential lesson issues, ️minimizing customer complaints.
️Prepare and present regular reports on quality assurance activities and Japanese performance.
️Perform interviews via online and training for potential home-based tutor applicants to equip them ️with the needed knowledge to provide quality teaching.
️Research and gather data.
️Other tasks may be assigned.
