Job requirements:
Vietnamese National located in the Philippines
Bachelor degree of Business or Finance
At least 2-3 years of experience in Master Data Management.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel – formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
Working knowledge of SAP & Salesforce
Job responsibilities:
Providing support to a Global manufacturer from Asian Pacific countries.
Analyse email requests and templates
Identify and communicate with responsible parties the necessary information
Responsible for maintaining the client information or records in the database.
Assist in investigation and respond to client inquiries, concern or escalations in a timely manner
Participate in process documentation and knowledge exchange according to set standards.
Translating necessary documents from Vietnamese to English or vice versa.
Provide translation assistance to the Team if needed.
