B&G Village Inc. at Unit -303, 8675 130 Street in Surrey, BC is hiring Retail wholesale trade manager for full-time and permanent position. Duties would be to manage, motivate staff to increase sales and assign duties, analyze market research, sales figure, sale trends to forecast future sales, Consumer demand, potential sales volume, Create and implement marketing strategies, determine the merchandise, services to be sold, ensure and implement credit and price policies are being followed, Ensure standards for quality, customer service, responding to customer complaints, Hire staff if required, organize for training and development, Organize special promotions, displays and events, Prepare budgets and expenditures. Minimum education requirement is completion of high school. Education related to business administration would be an asset. Must be able to communicate in English. Minimum experience of two year or more as manager in retail sales experience is required. Minimum work of 30 to 40 hours per week will be given. Salary of $42.00/hr. will be given.
