Company Profile: One of the biggest BPO companies in the world is looking for Thai speakers that will support a footwear manufacturing company in Thailand. They are in need of 5 headcounts of Thai Speaking Customer Support that can start ASAP.
Position: Thai Speaking Customer Support
Location: Pasay City
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 80,000 Monthly
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work setup: Work onsite
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
️ Thai National can speak English located in PH or Abroad
️ Filipino can speak, read and write Thai language
️ Open for Degree holder, undergraduate or Highschool graduate
️ With experience in Customer Service is a plus
️ Willing to work in Pasay
️ Willing to work in Shifting schedule
RESPONSUBILITIES OF THE JOB:
️ Answering phone calls, email and chats for the customers.
️ Handling inquiries related to the orders, product information, returns in a timely manner
️ Resolve customers complaints and concern about the product
️ Provide information on the brand values, offerings and policies accurately
️ Ensure that the team targets are met.
