As the Product Owner for Digital Innovation & AI, you’ll define and drive the strategy for cutting-edge solutions—ranging from automation and predictive analytics to large language models and agentic AI. You’ll shepherd concepts from proof of concept (POC) through to full implementation, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and execution, requiring both visionary thinking and hands-on delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for AI-driven initiatives, aligning with business goals and user needs
- Design innovative solutions leveraging automation, machine learning, predictive analytics, LLMs, and agentic AI
- Lead end-to-end POC development, validate hypotheses, and transition successful pilots into scalable implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, UX, data science, operations—to ensure timely delivery and high quality
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and communicate progress
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate on features to maximize business value and user satisfaction
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of product management experience in innovative environments (consultancy, digital agencies, enterprise)
- Proven track record designing and launching AI-centric solutions (automation, predictive analytics, LLMs, agentic AI)
- Hands-on experience managing POC lifecycles through development, testing, and implementation
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into product decisions
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and leading Scrum teams
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML tooling
- Background in user research and human-centered design principles
- Experience scaling products in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare)
