Our client, a leading financial group, is looking for a AWS Cloud Engineer to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate scalable cloud solutions using AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) to support business applications.
- Migrate large-scale enterprise workflow and orchestration solutions to AWS, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery procedures, conducting regular testing to ensure system resilience and data integrity.
- Develop and optimize cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate cloud solutions with application development
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Work with regional IT teams to align on cloud strategies, support cross-border projects, and ensure consistent implementation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud development and operations.
- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing cloud engineering solutions.
- Preferred proficiency in Python script development for automation and cloud management.
- Preferred experience in application development using Java, C#, or Node.js.
- Expertise in maintaining, testing, and implementing disaster recovery procedures.
- Experience migrating large-scale enterprise workflows to AWS cloud environments.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for collaboration with regional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
