Position: Spanish Travel Help Desk Analyst

Salary: PHP 60,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:12pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Speaking Spanish and English
Foreign National located in the Philippines
Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inquiries and bookings from Spanish and English speaking accounts.
Responsible for client inquiries via all access channels emails, phone and chat r
Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers
Translation of promotional campaigns, newsletters, e-shots, advisories into Spanish
Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the Company.
