1196746 BC Ltd dba Fraserview meats at 7165 138 Street (Inside Chalo Freshco), in Surrey, BC is hiring retail butchers. The position is full time and permanent. Duties would be: Cut, trim, clean and prepare the different meats in standard pieces for retail. Grind and slice the meat according to customer requirement Marinate the meat with traditional spices for retail sale. Display the meat in a showcase for sale. Keep record of sales and maintain inventory as per requirement Ensure Safe and hygienic storage of meat products Maintain freshness of different meats. Requirements: Minimum education required is completion of secondary school. Minimum experience of 7 months or more as a meat cutter is required, and on job training will be provided. Language required: English Terms: Salary : $ 23.00/hour. Hours of Work: minimum work of 35 hrs to 40 hrs per week will be given along with two days off per week.
