We are seeking a proactive Financial Services Project Coordinator to support the implementation of innovative financial initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including regulators, banks, and legal advisors, to deliver high-impact projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of new initiatives and service enhancements.
- Draft rules, operating procedures, and legal documents for financial systems and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify system designs and develop operational processes and contingency plans.
- Liaise with external parties, such as regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and legal advisors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Analyze and assess the feasibility of proposed initiatives from business and operational perspectives.
- Prepare presentation materials and deliver briefings to internal teams and external financial institutions.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and preparing materials to promote new initiatives.
- Contribute to the research and development of new business and service improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in the financial sector, ideally in project management, procedural/legal document drafting, or product/operations management in financial institutions or payment systems.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin communication, both written and spoken.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
