JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open for Filipino who can speak, read, and write German
Open to undergraduates or graduates of any field
With BPO experience is a big advantage
Preferably with email and chat experience
Preferably residing in Cebu City or nearby areas
Must be willing to relocate
Can start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in assisting customers’ inquiries using German and English Language through email, and chat
Resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Participate in team meetings and achieve targets needed
Accomplish other related tasks needed
