Our client is a leading insurance group with a sizeable Technology presence in Hong Kong. We are currently looking for an IT Governance Analyst to join the firm and look after the IT Control and related IT Compliance matters. This role will work closely with the IT Management team and drive firmwide policy. Great exposure and growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Drive project management governance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and enhance project success rates.
- Implement and oversee software development governance to maintain high-quality software delivery.
- Manage IT compliance, focusing on end-of-life software remediation to prevent potential security risks.
- Coordinate and facilitate the remediation of penetration test vulnerabilities to strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to IT governance processes.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese, providing clear and concise reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT Audit, Risk and Control Management, or IT Consultancy work.
- Strong understanding of project management and software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of IT compliance standards and practices.
- Ability to identify and remediate IT vulnerabilities effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
