Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-LLB Degree completed and admitted as a Conveyancer
-Strong recent post admission Conveyancing experience a must (Full function)
-Experienced in Transfers, Bond Registrations and Bond Cancellations (Nedbank and FNB) a must
-Fully independently functional, including drafting of all relevant documentation very important
-Computer literate in Lexis Nexis and E4
-Valid driver’s license with own vehicle a must
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-Preferably residing in / near Pretoria East
-Willing to commit to long term employment at firm
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Attending to Conveyancing matters for law firm
-Drafting of relevant conveyancing documents (Transfers, Bonds Registrations and Bond Cancellations) for Nedbank and FNB
-General Conveyancing administration
-Client liaison
Salary: ± R 25 000.00 – R 28 000.00 Nett (Slightly negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
