Requirements:
• Filipino conversational in Korean and English
• Open for Degree holder or undergraduate of any field
• Experience in BPO company and customer service position is a plus
• Willing to work in Subic, Zambales
Responsibilities:
• Answering inquiries regarding health and wellness products
• Provide excellent customer service to Korean clients
• Ensure to provide assistance in compliance with the company standards and procedures
• Maintain and build healthy and long-term relationships with the clients.
