Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday to Friday)
Salary: P 70,000 - 110,000 (higher basic salary)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
Open to Japanese nationals who are willing to work in the Philippines.
Japanese Proficiency skills at JLPT N1 and N2 passer or non-passer, those who are JLPT N3 certified are also welcome to apply.
Has a business level of English communication skills.
Open to graduates and college undergraduates.
Intermediate to advance skills in using MS Excel and other visualization tools.
Has good understanding in sales and business operations.
With entrepreneurship mindset and analytical thinking
Preferably with project management experience and stakeholder management skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Japan counterpart and the Philippine office.
Provide support in the analysis of potential growth opportunities and commercial planning initiatives impacting consumer, competition, channels and industry
Conduct and analyze sales and marketing analysis and reports.
Connect and communicate with consumers, clients, and stakeholders, and other people involved.
Provide administration support and data management.
Deliver accurate master data maintenance for the launch of new products.
Practice and implementation of good decision making.
