Position: Japanese SuccessFactors Core HR Package Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central)

Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or in Japan
Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
Can speak basic Japanese are welcome to apply
JLPT Certificate are not required but it is a big advantage
Implementation experience and deep knowledge in Success Factors
Has experience in delivering complex Success Factors engagements, including all phases of the project life cycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live
Functional knowledge of SAP Solutions, in particular SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors products
With working experience in the required SAP skills for at least 1 year and above
Willingness to work in both main sites, which are in Manila or Cebu
The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence
Applicants located in Japan or in any locations can apply

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with clients to understand their HR business requirements and design effective solutions within the Employee Central module
Deliver innovative business consulting, business process design, systems integration, and application design and management to leading sector organizations
Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR applications
Responsible for understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilizes SuccessFactors to support business needs
Improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement
Use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment to achieve the client's expected business results
