Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Dayshift & Night Shift)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who speaks Japanese
Filipino who is around N1 Level
Japanese National with permanent visa
No JLPT required (candidates who are not JLPT passers can apply)
Can use Japanese and English at the same time
Open for Graduates or Undergraduates
Good understanding and email/chat etiquette
With customer service experience is a great advantage
Willing to work in Mandaluyong and can start asap
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolve the issues or inquiries of customers through email and chat using Japanese and English.
Assist the customers payments for their subscription.
Help them resolve to troubleshoot to ensure a smooth experience of the users.
Help and assist them in their membership and explain the subscription package on how to purchase and cancel the products.
Communicate product information and provide updates to customers.
