Position: Japanese Java Developer
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan (Can speak basic English)
Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
Can speak Japanese (JLPT is not a requirement)
Must be able to speak basic English
Can speak basic Japanese are welcome to apply
JLPT Certificate are not required but it is a big advantage
Must have a technical language and knowledge of Java Dev, Java Core
The Main requirement is doing software development on the required language skills (Java Dev, Java Core)
Willingness to work in both main sites which are in Manila or Cebu
The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence
Applicants located in Japan can apply
Salary is Negotiable
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean and organized java codes to established standards and practices.
Develop and conduct a software test to ensure software functionality.
Debug and resolve technical issues.
Develop documentation to track
Stay updated with the latest Java framework and development trends.
Recommend solutions and distinguish advantages and disadvantages of alternative systems and products.
Analyze user stipulations and define system objectives.
Contribute to team efforts and support system users by developing help features.
Perform other related task
