JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Foreign National proficient in German and English
Degree Holder in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
Working experience overseas and for international company is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inquiries and bookings from German and English speaking accounts.
Respond to consumer questions and requests by phone, email, and chat.
Keep a record of all questions, requests, answers, and follow-up activities.
Understand the merchandise thoroughly to respond to inquiries from customers.
Handle requests, orders, forms, and applications.
