Job Description
* Maintains schedules by maintaining calendars for line managers, arranging meetings,
conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
* Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering
or referring inquiries.
* Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level;
anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying
receipt of supplies.
* Must be able to use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook,
PowerPoint, Excel, etc.,
Qualification
* BSc/ HND in secretarial studies or related field.
*Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Microsoft Office Skills
* Must be done with NYSC
* Must live around lekki and it environment
Remuneration
Take Home: N115, 000
Benefits : Leave allowance, Hmo, Pension, 13month allowance
