JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Japanese Speaker with N1 to N2 Level
JLPT Passers or Non-Passers are welcome to apply
Open to Native Japanese [already here in the Philippines]
Open to N3 or Level as long as with Customer Service Experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing exceptional support and Basic troubleshooting assistance
Responsible for resolving technical issues
Responsible for answering questions and guiding clients/customers on how to optimize their Advertising campaigns as well as upsell digital advertising features and services.
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of advertising to ensure clients meet their goals
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, troubleshooting steps, and campaign recommendations
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to encourage long-term partnerships
