Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000 gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino National can speak, read, and write German language
At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Knowledgeable in Computer application
Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus but not required
BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
Installing and maintaining computer systems and network applications
Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
Resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently
Managing, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and service desk tickets
Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant department
