Position: Latvian Service Desk Support

Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 85,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
❍ Foreign national proficient in Latvian and English Language
❍ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course ❍ Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
❍ Knowledgeable in Computer application
❍ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
❍ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
❍ BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❍ Handle and manage inquiries and request over phone/emails and tracking system
❍ Conduct initial troubleshooting to identify the issue and ensure resolution
❍ Troubleshoot various systems/servers/workstations
❍ Ensure proper documentation
❍ Perform other related tasks
