JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino can speak, read, and write Spanish language
️ With 1 year experience in a Spanish Customer Service Representative role
️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
️ Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Handle and resolve support requests from end-users via phone and email
️ Accurately document all support interactions and activities
️ Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience
