Job Requirements:
️ Spanish nationals with good English proficiency (based in the Philippines or abroad)
️ Filipino candidates must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish
️ Open to candidates who are degree holders, undergraduates, or high school graduates
️ Customer service experience is an advantage
️ Willing to work on-site in Davao
️ Amenable to shifting schedules
Job Responsibilities:
️ Answering phone calls, emails, and chats for the customers.
️ Handling inquiries related to the orders, product information, returns in a timely manner
️ Resolve customers' complaints and concerns about the product
️ Provide information on the brand values, offerings and policies accurately
️ Ensure that the team targets are met.
