Position: Thai Speaking Customer Support (Sportsbrand Account)
Location: Pasay City

Salary: Php 80,000 Monthly
Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Job Requirements:
• Thai National can speak English located in PH or Abroad
• Filipino can speak, read and write Thai language
• Open for Degree holder, undergraduate or Highschool graduate
• With experience in Customer Service is a plus
• Willing to work in Pasay
• Willing to work in Shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls, email and chats for the customers.
• Handling inquiries related to the orders, product information, returns in a timely manner
• Resolve customers complaints and concern about the product
• Provide information on the brand values, offerings and policies accurately
• Ensure that the team targets are met.
