Position: Japanese Customer Service Support (With Free Accommodation)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Japanese Speakers with N1 or N2 Passer or Level
No JLPT required (candidates who are not JLPT passers can apply)
Experience in Customer Service in a BPO company is an advantage
Open to Graduates or Undergraduates
Willing to work On-site in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
Can start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide prompt and accurate support of Japanese-speaking clients via email, phone, chat, and calls.
Help customers troubleshoot ERP-related issues using SAP systems and guide them through common tasks and problems.
Escalate complex technical issues to relevant internal teams or SAP consultants as necessary.
Work closely with SAP consultants and developers to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Make sure customer requests are handled on time and meet company quality standards.
