Work Schedule: Dayshift (8:00AM - 6:00PM)
Salary: Php 80,000 - 140,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipinos who can speak Japanese
Has JLPT N1 or JLPT N2 proficiency skills (passer or non-passers)
Excellent as well in English Language.
Can communicate confidently using Japanese and English Language.
Knowledgeable in procurement processes
Must be computer literate.
Demonstrating good work ethics, excellent communication skills, and dynamic team player.
Willing to work in Alabang
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes supplier sourcing, managing contracts, processing of purchase orders, handle PO and non-PO invoices
Creation of purchase orders and its delivery.
Execute vendor coordination
Execute quality checks of requisitions and purchase order creation for both indirect and direct procurement based on defined standard processes and regulatory compliance regarding sourcing category and country-specific criteria.
Invoice checks related to purchase orders and execution of requested purchase order changes to ensure the smooth end-to-end process.
Prepare and support performance metrics reports and presentations.
Assist in content training services for procurement process queries from internal business partners in line with S2P Concepts/Process.
Will provide support for Japan and some English-speaking countries if needed.
